"David Clinton's Factory Issued bicycle" Team Issue Kawasaki owned by Bob "Oz" osborn and Rick "Reilley1" Gaytan

I remember the afternoon enjoy it was yesterday. I happened to be 13 yrs old waiting around for the belated great Tom DeRosier of Tom's Bike Shop in El Centro to start the doorway cause I understood the newest problem of Bicycle Motocross development had arrived.

We saw the address and I also freaked; there is Dave Clinton doing anything so extremely amazing that We took the issue, read about all the stuff, looked at a photo of someone known as Bob Osborn rushing a dad's time bikes and left the store practically forgetting to cover the paper because I couldn't get my brain off that amazing address.
From the that I wandered approximately half a block were dad worked at Womack Mitchell's Chevrolet and showed him the image. Their answer had been "He crashed."
We even made a bet about this and I blogged Bob Osborn at BMX development. We received a reply 2-3 weeks later (i love to believe Oz had answered not completely sure about this) The letter reported. "Nah. he does that thing constantly. I won my (only wager) from my father.
I came across David within races through the years. I recognized all the well known riders, but Dave was very nearly a hero. We once more found him at Joe child and we also had some good discussion.

Couple of years ago, I have an opportunity to "buy" the cycle. We informed Dave the bike would get a pretty penny on e-bay but as much as I wish to own it, i possibly couldn't manage to offer what the cycle was well worth.
On top of that, Bob Osborn and were dealing with Dave and exactly how we thought he had been the first "real" BMX hero. We talked about the cycle and the thing I had informed David. Without doubt Oz says "obtain the bike, we'll pay half" I tried to tell Bob that i did not think it was appropriate and then he would not get everything tangible from it. He essentially answered "close the F up, obtain the cycle and put my name onto it when you show it well"
