Monster has a long history of giving support to the world’s top off road racers, dating back to to 1995. The lineage of Giant-sponsored mountain bicycle professional athletes stretches from famous brands like John Tomac to present enduro and downhill rushing stars including 5-time Colombian DH winner Marcelo Gutierrez.

The team's 2016 lineup is showcased by up-and-coming cyclists such as the 25-year-old Gutierrez and Yoann Barelli, an appearing enduro racing skill from France. Gutierrez, whose 2015 season was highlighted by two World Cup podiums, leads the DH squad. He is joined by teen Alex Marin, an 18-year-old Spaniard just who makes the leap to elite rushing after a successful run-in the juniors, and French rider Guillaume Cauvin.

Barelli heads up the enduro squad, which also includes Australian Josh Carlson and United states Adam Craig. In addition time for the team is United states Carl Decker, five-time defending champion within Downieville All-Mountain World Championships. From World Cup downhill to enduro and XC, this team had been developed to protect the entire spectral range of off-road competition.
